Please contact me via WhatsApp with your name and the service you would like to book, and any questions you may have. From there we can arrange a meet and greet at your home (free of charge) where we can discuss the service.

Throughout the working day it can be difficult to answer phone calls, so please try and put any enquires into an email, text, or WhatsApp message, or leave me a voicemail so I can go through them at the end of the day, I will try and get back to you asap.

At the meet and greet I can meet your pets and we can fill out my consent forms and pet information sheet. This is to give me all the details about your pet so there are no issues during the service. I always bring my qualifications, insurance forms, DBS certificate and canine first aid certificate for you to look over if you wish to.

At the end of the meet and greet we can discuss your preferred payment method and I will book your pets in for their service, I will also collect any keys needed for the service or we can discuss an alternative to this.
